這裡有個小插曲,逛街發現手機遺失,回想應該是酒店充電,也忘記了房號,打電話前台去房間幫忙確認,同時要求回到前台後告知房號。所有英文交流很順暢。

It was a pleasure to return to the Lancaster Bangkok. The hotel's location is superb, just a stone's throw from the MRT station, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The room maintained its usual high standard; it was spotlessly clean, and the air conditioning was perfectly comfortable. With plenty of efficient elevators, there was almost no waiting time, making the entire stay seamless. It's a wonderful place to truly unwind and relax on a vacation.
To be honest, my experience here a year ago wasn't perfect. I happened to be staying when a film crew was shooting in the hotel, and I was disturbed by loud noises early in the morning. The front desk hadn't arranged for me to be on a quieter floor to avoid this, which was a bit disappointing at the time.
However, what moved me the most during this visit was that the lobby manager actually remembered the incident from my previous stay! He approached me personally to offer a sincere apology and a thoughtful explanation for what had happened. Considering how challenging this year has been for tourism in Bangkok and the difficulties hotels are facing, it is truly remarkable for them to remember a guest's past experience with such care. This level of attentiveness is not simple to achieve and made a huge impression.
Because of this warm service and the hotel's excellent quality, the Lancaster Bangkok will undoubtedly be our first choice for future visits to Bangkok. Highly recommended!

It's okay experience... Definitely need to work on the smell of the place, not sure why rooms have this smell too.. but overall okay experience...room are quite outdated too.. and I have good experience with the front desk.. very helpful and help to change rooms
Poor service staff require 2000 thb to deposit I have to find the cash machine to deposit very waste my time and even if I’m the Thai person they also take the deposit not like the five star standard hotel like Marriott if I say I don’t have cash they will say ok it’s fine
Recommended hotel. Cleanliness and service is good and the Spa at the hotel is worth it. Will come again
